Hwedlst Compliance Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates the contractor payment compliance platform at hwedlst.com. We provide Contractor Payment Management, Employer of Record, and Global Payroll services. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA where applicable, and all relevant privacy regulations.
We collect the following data when you use our platform:
We send transactional emails required for platform operation (payment confirmations, compliance alerts, account notices) and optional platform update emails. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting privacy@hwedlst.com.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) our owned legal entities processing payments on your behalf, (b) tax authorities as required by law, (c) service providers bound by data processing agreements (Mailgun for email, cloud hosting providers).
We maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Financial data is stored in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@hwedlst.com. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing.
We retain account data for the duration of your contract and 7 years after termination for tax and legal compliance purposes, unless a shorter period is permitted by applicable law.
